A: No, all data is for individual or firm level usage only.
Q: Are any of the lists / databases/ blueprints / product purchases refundable?
A: No, once an order is processed, you receive instant access to information and/or data. Orders can therefore, not be refunded. Please review the sample data and/or product descriptions and be 100% sure that the product or database you are purchasing fits your specific need before buying.
Q: What format does your data come in?
A: Our data comes in Microsoft Excel format. If you cannot access Excel files, please do not purchase our data. Q: How many records do I receive with the FO MAX and how many email addresses come with our ERID Databases?
