This disclaimer explains the purpose, limitations, and risks of Sapien Amplified materials offered by Polarity IQ. It covers AI Decision Alpha, AI Deal Interrogator, AI Monetization Engine, and, where included with your purchase, the LinkedIn Accelerant and Deal Flow Velocity Suite. It also covers their guides, prompts, templates, spreadsheets, worked examples, demonstrations, and related product explanations. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Polarity IQ, the provider of those Sapien Amplified materials. References to “you” include individuals and people using the materials for an organization.
The core products provide written instructions and supporting materials that you use in your own AI account. They are designed to help you organize information, question reasoning, examine a transaction, or develop and test a business idea. Purchasing the materials does not purchase an investment, a managed account, access to guaranteed customers or investors, or a guaranteed financial or business result. The products do not include a third-party AI subscription unless your purchase expressly says otherwise.
AI-generated findings can be wrong even when they are detailed, confident, and well presented. Sapien Amplified does not promise improved decisions, investment returns, revenue, profit, successful fundraising, or any other particular outcome. Results can and will vary. You must verify consequential information and make your own decisions, with qualified professional advice where appropriate. The limitations below do not remove rights or remedies that the law preserves for you.
Sapien Amplified provides structured methods for examining information and developing questions, comparisons, calculations, and proposed actions. The products can be applied to actual situations you supply. Their educational and analytical purpose does not mean every resulting output is hypothetical, independently verified, complete, or suitable for use without further examination.
You decide what information to supply, whether the AI understood the situation, which assumptions are reasonable, what further checks are needed, and whether to act. A completed workflow, a professional-looking report, or your agreement with an answer does not establish that the answer is correct. Do not rely solely on an AI output for a consequential decision.
Sapien Amplified's investment-related materials are designed to support examination of information, not to instruct you to buy, sell, hold, reject, or commit money to a particular security, fund, business, loan, asset, or transaction. They do not offer personalized investment recommendations, select a portfolio for you, or provide comprehensive financial planning. References to a particular opportunity, issuer, purchase price, financing structure, or investment amount do not constitute an endorsement or an offer to buy or sell that investment.
Some prompts ask for your proposed amount, objectives, time horizon, liquidity needs, acceptable loss, or stated limits. Those inputs help identify relevant questions and calculate what would have to occur for the proposed transaction to meet the requirements you supplied. The resulting analysis is limited to its inputs and assumptions. It does not establish suitability, affordability, an appropriate portfolio allocation, or that your own requirements are prudent or complete. A calculation showing that figures meet a stated target is not a recommendation to invest.
The downloadable products do not give Sapien Amplified authority to access your investment accounts, hold your investment capital, execute a transaction, manage a portfolio, negotiate on your behalf, or make a binding commitment for you. Buying the materials is not an instruction to invest funds. Any action taken through an AI provider's separately enabled tools or integrations requires your own review and authorization.
An AI model may ignore instructions and produce a specific investment recommendation despite the product's boundaries. Do not treat that response as an authorized Sapien Amplified recommendation or act on it as such. Return to the documented scope, request a factual account of the findings and unresolved questions, and obtain advice from an appropriately qualified investment professional. This instruction does not promise that an AI model will comply or remove responsibility imposed by law.
Product access and ordinary assistance with using the materials do not, by themselves, constitute an engagement to provide legal representation, tax planning, an accounting audit, a valuation opinion, engineering services, or another regulated professional service. Obtain advice from professionals qualified for the question and jurisdiction involved. A named legal issue, tax calculation, or suggested document request is not a professional opinion that the matter has been resolved.
The description of a product as educational, analytical, software-based, or AI-assisted does not itself determine how the law applies. Nothing in this disclaimer claims a regulatory exemption, disclaims any fiduciary duty that applicable law imposes, or asks you to waive compliance with securities or consumer-protection law. Section 20 preserves your non-waivable rights.
AI Deal Interrogator examines the deal and sources you supply. Depending on the transaction, the questions may concern startup investments, acquisitions or buyouts, fund commitments, private credit, or real assets. Coverage must fit the actual transaction. A mixed or unfamiliar structure may require different questions and outside expertise. Built-in coverage and a user-supplied checklist may both omit important matters.
Investor result labels describe the documented examination; none authorizes a transfer of money or determines whether an investment should be made. “ALL CHECKS PASSED” means the agreed checks were satisfied within the supplied information and the review's scope. It does not certify source authenticity, exclude undiscovered problems, establish future performance, or mean the investment is safe. “MINOR ITEMS TO CLOSE” identifies bounded items still requiring completion; it does not mean those items have been completed or that closing them guarantees a satisfactory investment.
“KEY INFORMATION MISSING” identifies a consequential unresolved question, including uncertainty that cannot presently be settled. “A DECIDING POINT IS DISPROVED” identifies supplied information that contradicts an important point. “YOUR RULE BREACHED” identifies an actual breach of a requirement you supplied. A factual contradiction and a breach of your rule are different findings. Neither is an instruction from Sapien Amplified to enter or abandon a transaction.
“Supported” means the particular information supplied meets the review's stated burden for that point; it does not mean the source was authenticated or the future event is certain. “Narrowed” means only a more limited version is supported. “Contradicted” requires supplied information that conflicts with the point, or an established breach of a rule you supplied, rather than a missing answer alone. “Needs an identifiable document” identifies obtainable information that has not been supplied. “Cannot be settled now” identifies a question for which no obtainable information or reliable method presently settles the issue. An unexamined point must remain identified as unexamined.
A Deal Sheet is a dated record of findings, calculations, assumptions, and unresolved items. It is not an audit certificate, fairness opinion, credit rating, legal due-diligence opinion, proof of title, or assurance that an investment complies with law. A preliminary sheet does not represent a complete examination. The Ten Minute Screen is an initial review of selected points, not full due diligence; its name does not guarantee a completion time or imply that unexamined areas are satisfactory.
A retest examines the new information and the points affected by it. A change can invalidate a previously supported conclusion. Carrying an unchanged finding into a later sheet does not mean it was freshly verified. A proposal to change price, financing, or contractual rights is not a completed change, and revised terms may introduce new risks. Retesting does not create continuing monitoring by Sapien Amplified.
Arithmetic can be correct while the inputs, definitions, or economic interpretation are wrong. Revenue, growth, cash, burn, debt payments, ownership, dilution, fees, distributions, and asset values may be incomplete, inconsistent, estimated, or outdated. Verify the relevant source records, dates, currencies, periods, and definitions. A model's reconciliation of supplied figures does not establish the existence of revenue, assets, cash, customers, or contractual rights.
Projected returns and cash flows depend on assumptions about operations, customer behavior, funding, timing, market prices, and other uncertain events. Estimates may omit fees, taxes, financing costs, replacement management, maintenance, working capital, capital spending, transaction expenses, dilution, or later obligations. A target return is a target, not a forecast or promise. A favorable scenario does not establish its probability or make it the most likely outcome.
Before-tax and after-tax figures are not interchangeable. Tax treatment depends on facts and applicable law that the AI may not possess or interpret correctly. A debt-payment limit calculated from your coverage requirement is not a lender commitment, an available loan, or a recommended financing structure. Ownership calculations can change because of future capital raises, preferences, options, conversion rights, fees, or the distribution terms of the actual investment.
An investment may lose some or all of its value. Private investments can be difficult or impossible to sell, may provide limited information, and may require holding periods longer than expected. Distributions, dividends, repayments, refinancing, fundraising, and exits may not occur. Concentrated positions can magnify losses. A favorable analysis cannot remove economic, execution, counterparty, fraud, or market risk.
Debt, leverage, guarantees, capital calls, indemnities, unfunded commitments, and other contractual obligations may expose you to losses or payments beyond your initial contribution. Examine the binding documents and your ability to satisfy those obligations. A purchase-price calculation or stated investment amount does not necessarily capture your total exposure.
Acquisitions can involve undisclosed liabilities and transition failures. Loans can default despite collateral or covenants. Funds can delay distributions, extend their terms, or value holdings inaccurately. Real assets can require unexpected spending or face environmental, operating, title, or permitting problems. Startup investments can fail without generating proceeds. These examples do not exhaust the risks of any transaction.
For capital raisers, “Ready,” “Ready after repairs,” and “Not ready” describe the support for the fundraising case within the review. They do not predict investor interest, authorize a securities offering, establish that an offering exemption applies, or guarantee investment, financing, valuation, or closing. A supported pitch can still fail to attract funding.
Check every factual assertion, projection, risk disclosure, and description of terms before using AI-generated language with investors or lenders. A clearer or narrower explanation cannot cure false information, missing material facts, an unlawful solicitation, or a defective transaction. Obtain appropriate legal and financial review of the actual offering and the communications you intend to make. Do not present a Sapien Amplified result as approval by a regulator, auditor, investment committee, or professional adviser.
AI Decision Alpha provides methods for examining questions, assumptions, alternatives, arguments, and proposed actions, and for recording decisions and later outcomes. A proposed business or operational action remains an AI-generated suggestion that you must assess. Applying a method thoroughly does not establish that all alternatives were considered, every bias was identified, or the conclusion is correct. References to “alpha,” “governance,” or improved reasoning describe the product's intended use; they do not promise investment outperformance or an increase in intelligence or decision accuracy.
Using AI Decision Alpha for investing does not remove the investment-related boundaries in this disclaimer. A general instruction to recommend a current action must not be treated as authorization to obtain a personalized recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or commit money to a particular investment. Combining products or adding your own prompts does not convert their outputs into professional advice.
A decision record captures what was written and known at a particular time. A good outcome does not by itself prove that the reasoning caused the outcome; a poor outcome does not by itself prove that the reasoning was defective. Later review can identify lessons but cannot guarantee improved future results or reconstruct information that was never recorded.
Two models may share training material, factual errors, assumptions, biases, or weaknesses in the instructions. Two conversations with the same model are not equivalent to two independent professional opinions. Giving one model the other model's conclusions can influence the subsequent analysis. Even reviews completed separately may use the same methodology and repeat the same omissions.
A Comparison Record identifies agreement and disagreement in the available material. Agreement does not authenticate documents or verify facts. Confidence, fluency, repeated discussion, and the number of models agreeing do not substitute for missing information. Corrections should remain traceable to the relevant facts and reasoning, and unresolved disagreements should remain visible.
AI Monetization Engine directs AI to compare products and services you could offer, develop offers, design buyer tests, build digital product files and sales processes with the tools and accounts you connect, orchestrate launches, and review results to improve and expand sales. Suggestions about products, prices, marketing channels, budgets, and related offers depend on the information available. They are not guarantees of demand, profitability, lawful operation, or your ability to deliver. The system cannot evaluate every possible product, competitor, customer, or market development.
A purchase, deposit, paid pilot, written commitment, or qualified conversation provides information about the specific offer and circumstances tested. These forms of response are not interchangeable. Count refunds, cancellations, delivery obligations, acquisition costs, and the limits of the sample. A successful test or “LAUNCH” finding does not establish repeatable demand, justify unlimited spending, or guarantee results at a larger scale. An unsuccessful test may reflect the offer, audience, channel, timing, or test design as well as demand.
You remain responsible for product quality, delivery, licensing, intellectual-property rights, advertising accuracy, customer support, refunds, taxes, and other obligations of your business. Suggested launch plans, review cycles, or automated tasks do not make the business self-operating or eliminate supervision. A proposed upsell, cross-sell, or additional product remains untested until actual customer behavior supports it. Revenue does not equal profit, and your time and operating costs can outweigh sales. Websites, checkout connections, delivery links, and email automations that AI builds or configures must be tested before buyers use them, and you remain responsible for their accuracy, security, and operation.
The Engine's scaling materials describe optional ways to attract buyers, including professional-network content, cold email, paid search and social advertising, commission-based sales partners, and paid or revenue-share newsletter placements. Each channel you choose is your own activity, run under your own accounts, contracts, and budget.
Advertising and outreach spending can be lost without producing subscribers or sales. Set the most you are willing to lose before a campaign starts, and check how each platform's budget settings actually limit spending.
Email marketing and cold outreach are regulated in many jurisdictions. You are responsible for identifying yourself as the sender, obtaining consent where the law requires consent, honoring unsubscribe requests, maintaining suppression lists, and following each sending platform's rules. Section 12.3 also applies to this outreach.
If you appoint sales partners or pay newsletter publishers, you are responsible for the written terms, accurate referral tracking, commission calculations, payments, any required tax reporting, and making sure each partner and publisher discloses the paid relationship to its audience. Sapien Amplified is not a party to those arrangements and does not pay or supervise your partners or publishers.
Discounts, deadlines, and limited offers that you advertise must be accurate, and you are responsible for honoring the terms you publish.
The LinkedIn Accelerant is a blueprint and accompanying AI action-plan prompt. It does not include a personal profile audit, coaching, or execution services unless expressly included in a separate purchase. Profile changes, content plans, relationship-building methods, and outreach suggestions do not guarantee reach, followers, replies, meetings, customers, or sales. Platform rules and distribution systems can change, and activity can be restricted or suspended.
Sourcing guides, platform lists, screening tools, due-diligence checklists, tracking spreadsheets, and action plans assist your own search and organization. Inclusion of a platform, firm, person, or opportunity does not establish availability, accreditation, suitability, quality, consent to contact, or endorsement. Contact information can be inaccurate or obsolete. The materials do not guarantee deal access, introductions, financing, investor responses, or completed transactions.
This section applies to outreach under every Sapien Amplified product, including the cold email, partner outreach, and newsletter placements described in the AI Monetization Engine's scaling materials. You must verify that you have the right to obtain and use information and that your communications comply with applicable law, platform terms, contractual restrictions, and recipient preferences. A publicly visible record does not automatically authorize scraping, republication, automated messaging, or commercial use. Suggested wording does not establish that an outreach campaign is lawful or appropriate.
Sapien Amplified makes no promise or guarantee that using its materials will improve your decisions, outperform another person or system, save a particular amount of time, reduce losses, generate revenue or profit, increase investment returns, secure funding, complete a transaction, or produce business growth. You may receive no measurable benefit and may lose money, time, opportunities, or other resources. Following every instruction does not guarantee success.
Results can and will vary among users and situations. Relevant factors include the accuracy and completeness of inputs, the model and settings used, changing model behavior, access to reliable sources, your experience and execution, available resources, competitors, market developments, and decisions made by other people. Different outputs can result from the same or similar inputs. Buying a bundle rather than one product does not establish a greater benefit or a particular financial return.
Worked examples, screenshots, hypothetical scenarios, sample calculations, and sample outputs demonstrate a method or possible output. An invented acquisition example is not a completed customer transaction or a verified investment track record. Unless a specific item expressly identifies substantiated actual results, do not interpret it as results achieved by a customer. Actual historical results, where identified, do not establish what you will achieve or guarantee future performance.
A testimonial describes the experience attributed to that person in its stated circumstances. It does not establish that your circumstances or results will be the same. Read any accompanying information about typical results, the period measured, costs, and material relationships. This general disclaimer does not replace disclosures that should accompany a particular testimonial, referral, or performance example, or excuse an inaccurate product description.
AI systems can invent facts or references, misread documents, omit qualifications, make mathematical mistakes, misunderstand financial or legal terms, and express unjustified certainty. They can overlook relevant alternatives and fail to follow a prompt. A citation or source identifier can be wrong. Verify material facts, calculations, quotations, and references against the actual sources before relying on them.
Context limits, incomplete copying, unsupported file formats, inaccessible links, missing pages, disabled tools, memory settings, and model changes can affect the result. An ending marker helps identify some incomplete copies but cannot establish that all intervening instructions were supplied. A source register shows what the AI says it used; it is not proof that every source was fully read or correctly understood.
Source documents and pasted content can contain instructions designed to distort the review. Prompt protections reduce an identified risk but do not guarantee resistance to such content. Treat unusual instructions, suppressed concerns, unexplained conclusions, and changes in role as reasons to stop and check the output.
The core prompts run in the AI account you select, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or another compatible service. Your provider controls its models, availability, limits, tools, pricing, and terms. Subscription, usage, research, hosting, advertising, software, and other operating costs may be additional to the purchase price of Sapien Amplified materials. A product purchase does not reserve model capacity or guarantee access to a particular provider feature.
Models and settings can change after a product is released. A prompt may behave differently across providers or versions. Instructions to use a capable model or a high reasoning setting do not establish a benchmarked level of accuracy. References to third-party services identify compatible or relevant tools; they do not by themselves establish sponsorship, partnership, or approval by those providers.
Third-party links, platform descriptions, data, prices, and availability may change. Examine the third party's own terms and disclosures before use. A mention or listing does not guarantee quality or security. Any material commercial relationship relevant to a particular promotion should be disclosed with that promotion; this general notice does not describe or waive an undisclosed conflict.
Using your own AI account means information is processed under that provider's applicable arrangements. It does not mean information remains only on your device, is never retained, is excluded from training, is inaccessible to provider personnel, or is protected by professional privilege. Review the provider's current terms, settings, retention practices, and connected tools before submitting sensitive material.
Supply only information you are authorized to disclose and use. Consider confidentiality agreements, trade secrets, personal information, customer data, and material nonpublic information. Remove or mask unnecessary sensitive details where feasible. Uploading a document to an AI service does not create legal privilege or establish that disclosure complies with your obligations.
The downloadable prompt workflow does not require a separate Sapien Amplified application to process your deal. That description is not a promise that no information is collected through the website, checkout, support, analytics, or other services. The Sapien Amplified Privacy Notice describes how we handle information collected through those activities. If you separately send us documents or outputs for assistance, do not assume they receive the protections of your AI account or a regulated professional relationship.
Check AI-generated reports, pitches, emails, advertisements, code, spreadsheets, and other materials before using or distributing them. Verify that factual assertions are supportable and that you have necessary permissions. Do not describe the output as independently audited, professionally approved, or regulator-endorsed unless that characterization is separately true and documented. Retain relevant limitations when sharing findings with colleagues, investors, customers, or advisers.
Using a prompt does not satisfy an organization's approval process or transfer an officer's, employee's, trustee's, or investment professional's responsibilities to Sapien Amplified. Obtain required internal approvals and preserve relevant records. No product score, label, or completed step substitutes for authority to act on behalf of another person or organization.
Review any proposed scripts, integrations, or automated tasks before enabling them. Confirm permissions, spending limits, destinations, data access, and a way to stop the activity. A written plan is not a completed action, and an AI report of completion may require independent confirmation. Do not use an investment-related output as an autonomous instruction to trade, transfer funds, or bind a counterparty.
Materials and outputs reflect their stated version, dates, sources, and assumptions. A saved report can become inaccurate when the transaction, business, model, market, or law changes. Sapien Amplified does not undertake continuous monitoring of your circumstances, investments, sources, or outputs through the purchase of downloadable materials. Retest material changes and obtain current information when a decision depends on it.
Any express update, support, access, or delivery commitment made with your purchase remains subject to its stated terms and applicable law. This disclaimer does not cancel an existing purchase commitment by describing material as subject to change. Keep the version used for a consequential decision so later information is not confused with what was known at the time.
Except for express commitments made with your purchase and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the informational content, examples, and AI-dependent functions are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent applicable law permits, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose in relation to that content and those functions. We do not warrant that an AI output will be accurate, complete, current, secure, uninterrupted, or effective for your particular objective. This provision does not negate a factual description of what your purchase includes or excuse failure to deliver an expressly promised item or service.
Subject to Section 20, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, and consequential losses arising from use of the educational materials, including consequential loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, or data. Whether a loss falls within one of those categories depends on the applicable law and facts. This is not a blanket exclusion of all losses, and it does not exclude direct damages or another remedy merely because the dispute involves a financial decision.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Nothing waives compliance with securities laws, consumer-protection laws, applicable data-protection duties, or any fiduciary or professional duty imposed by law. In particular, the warranty and liability provisions do not limit duties or liability arising from investment-advisory services where the law treats an activity as such a service.
You retain any non-waivable right to seek a refund or other remedy, bring a legal proceeding, make a complaint, or communicate with a regulator or other authority. Nothing here requires you to accept an inaccurate description, defective product, or unlawful conduct simply because AI was involved. You do not waive rights by seeking assistance or continuing to preserve records of a problem.
Read the refund policy in Section 21, the Sapien Amplified Purchase and License Terms, and the Sapien Amplified Privacy Notice. The Purchase and License Terms contain the license that sets out how you may use and share Sapien Amplified materials. This document explains scope, risk, and our refund policy; it does not introduce mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, an indemnity, a dollar cap on damages, or a new restriction on use of your own materials. Mandatory law and enforceable express purchase commitments are preserved. Any exclusion that is unlawful or inapplicable will not be applied to deprive you of a protected right.

Questions about whether a particular investment, offering, tax treatment, contract, or business activity is appropriate or lawful require advice from a professional qualified to address your circumstances.
All sales of Sapien Amplified digital products are final. We do not offer refunds after purchase, except as required by applicable law. This policy applies to AI Decision Alpha, AI Deal Interrogator, AI Monetization Engine, the Sapien Amplified bundle, and any included LinkedIn Accelerant or Deal Flow Velocity Suite materials. It is subject to Section 20 and the preserved rights and commitments in Section 21.5.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the no-refund policy applies whether or not you download, open, copy, run, or use the materials. Changing your mind, deciding that you no longer need the product, not having time to use it, or choosing not to obtain an AI account does not create a refund entitlement. We do not offer a trial period or a satisfaction-based money-back guarantee.
Subject to Section 21.5, dissatisfaction with AI outputs, failure to achieve your intended results, or differences between your results and an example do not create a refund entitlement. Purchases cover the described materials, not promised investment returns, revenue, customers, funding, or other outcomes. Bundle purchases are also final; not using a component or included supplement does not qualify you for a partial refund.
If you cannot access a purchased file, receive an incorrect or damaged file, or identify a duplicate or unauthorized charge, email us at launch@polarityiq.com. Provide your order reference and a description of the issue, without sending full payment-card details. Seeking help does not waive your rights or extend any deadline for a payment dispute. This policy does not authorize us to retain an erroneous charge or withhold a remedy required by law.
This policy does not exclude any refund, cancellation, repair, replacement, payment-dispute, or other right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. It does not excuse non-delivery, material misdescription, defective digital content, or unlawful conduct where a remedy is required by law. Any enforceable express refund commitment made with your purchase remains effective. This policy does not retroactively remove rights under an earlier purchase. Mandatory legal rights prevail over conflicting wording in this policy.

These terms apply when you buy Sapien Amplified materials from Polarity IQ. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Polarity IQ. References to “you” mean the person or organization that completes the purchase.
Your purchase is also subject to the Sapien Amplified Legal Disclaimer, including the refund policy in Section 21 of the Legal Disclaimer, and the Sapien Amplified Privacy Notice. The Legal Disclaimer explains what the materials can and cannot do. These terms explain what you buy, how delivery works, and how you may use the materials. If these terms and the Legal Disclaimer address the same subject differently, these terms control purchase and license questions, the Legal Disclaimer controls questions of scope and risk, and mandatory law prevails over both documents.
Each product consists of downloadable digital materials, including guides, prompts, templates, spreadsheets, and worked examples. You can buy AI Decision Alpha, AI Deal Interrogator, or AI Monetization Engine on its own, or all three together as the Sapien Amplified bundle. AI Deal Interrogator includes the Deal Flow Velocity Suite, and AI Monetization Engine includes the LinkedIn Accelerant blueprint.
Your purchase does not include a subscription to ChatGPT, Claude, or any other AI service, or accounts with website, email, payment, file-delivery, or advertising services. The purchase does not include personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, coaching, done-for-you services, introductions to investors or customers, or any guaranteed result. The Legal Disclaimer describes these limits in detail.
You pay the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Our payment processor handles your payment, and we do not receive or store your full card number.
A promotion code or discount applies only to the products, dates, and terms stated with that promotion. A promotion cannot be applied to an earlier purchase unless we state otherwise in writing.
Sales tax, value-added tax, or similar charges are added at checkout where applicable law requires them.
Your purchase is complete when your payment is confirmed. We send an order confirmation to the email address you provide at checkout.
We deliver the materials electronically. After your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with access to download the files you purchased.
Download the files promptly and keep your own copies. Access links can be changed or retired over time, so do not rely on a link as long-term storage.
If you cannot open or download a purchased file, or a file is incorrect or damaged, email us at launch@polarityiq.com with your order reference. We will re-send or replace the affected file. Section 21.4 of the Legal Disclaimer also covers access and billing problems.
When your payment is confirmed, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials you purchased for your own decisions, transactions, and business activities. The license continues for as long as you follow these terms.
One purchase covers one individual user. If an organization buys the materials, the license covers one named person in that organization. An organization that wants additional people to use the materials must buy an additional license for each person, unless we agree in writing to a team license.
You may run the prompts in any AI account you use, including private custom assistants and projects that only you can access. You may keep backup copies, print the materials, and adapt the prompts and templates for your own use. You may share the outputs your AI produces, such as Decision Records, Deal Sheets, Product Sheets, and buyer test plans, with colleagues, advisers, investors, and customers, as long as the shared outputs do not reproduce the prompts.
You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or give away the materials or any prompt from them. You may not post, upload, or publish the materials, or any substantial part of a prompt, on a website, social media account, forum, prompt library, marketplace, public code repository, or shared drive that people outside your license can open. You may not include the materials in a product, course, template collection, software application, or AI assistant that you sell, share, or make available to other people. You may not share your download links or files with anyone outside your license. You may not remove copyright notices from the materials or use the materials to build a product that competes with Sapien Amplified.
Adapted prompts and templates still contain our material, so this license applies to your adaptations. You may use your adaptations only in the ways this license allows for the original materials.
We own the materials and the copyright in them. Your purchase gives you the license described in this Section 5 and does not transfer ownership of the materials.
We do not own the information you give your AI provider or the outputs your AI produces for you. Your AI provider's own terms control how that provider handles that information.
If you breach Section 5.4 of these terms, your license ends automatically, and you must stop using the materials and delete your copies. We may also pursue any remedy the law allows, including asking platforms to remove copied materials.
We may correct or improve the materials over time. Unless your purchase expressly includes updates, we are not required to provide later versions. Any update we provide to you is covered by this license.
All sales are final, as described in Section 21 of the Legal Disclaimer, subject to any right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
The materials run in AI accounts and other services that you choose and pay for separately. Each provider's own terms, charges, and availability apply to your use of that provider's service, and we are not responsible for those services.
We may update these terms for future purchases and will show the new effective date at the top of these terms. The version in effect when you completed a purchase applies to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise or you agree to a later version.

This notice explains how Polarity IQ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses personal information through the Sapien Amplified pages on polarityiq.com, Sapien Amplified purchases, our emails, and support requests.
The Sapien Amplified prompts run in your own AI account. We do not receive the documents, numbers, or answers you give your AI provider unless you send them to us directly. Your AI provider's privacy terms cover how that provider handles your information.
When you buy a product, our payment processor collects your payment details. We receive your name, email address, billing country and postal code, the products you bought, the amount paid, and a transaction reference. We do not receive or store your full card number.
If you join a Sapien Amplified email list, we collect the name and email address you enter, the date you joined, and the signup form you used.
If you email us for support or with a question, we keep your message, your contact details, and any files you attach.
Our website host records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. The pages load icons and fonts from outside content-delivery services, and those services receive your IP address when they send the icon and font files.
If you arrive through a referral partner's link, we record which partner referred your purchase so that we can calculate that partner's commission.
We use personal information to deliver the products you buy, process payments, send order and access emails, answer support requests, send marketing emails you have agreed to receive, calculate referral commissions, prevent fraud and misuse, keep records required by tax and accounting law, and improve the Sapien Amplified pages.
We share personal information with service providers that operate parts of our business for us, including our payment processor, website host, email service, and file-delivery service. Each service provider handles the information under its agreement with us.
When a referral partner earns a commission on your purchase, we may tell that partner that a referred purchase occurred and the purchase amount used to calculate the commission. We do not share your payment details with referral partners.
We may disclose information when the law requires disclosure, to protect our rights or the safety of others, to professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, or to a buyer or successor if our business or the Sapien Amplified product line is sold or transferred.
We send marketing emails only to people who signed up or bought a product, where the law allows those emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails. We still send the emails needed to deliver a purchase or answer a support request.
We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep email-list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete the information, and we keep support messages for as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain reasonable business records.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, and our payment processor handles card data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict specific uses, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email launch@polarityiq.com. We will confirm your identity before acting on the request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Our service providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries, where data-protection laws may differ from the laws where you live.
The Sapien Amplified products and pages are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
We may update this notice and will show the new effective date at the top of this notice. If a change materially affects how we use personal information you already gave us, we will notify you by email or on the website.
