Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Sapien Amplified

Understand What You Are Buying
What is Sapien Amplified?

Sapien Amplified gives you three systems for using AI on important business decisions: AI Decision Alpha, AI Deal Interrogator, and AI Monetization Engine. Each module supplies instructions, questions, checks, and written records. You bring your decision, opportunity, or product idea and follow the supplied steps inside your own AI account.

What can I accomplish with the systems?

You can examine a strategy before committing resources, investigate an investment before advancing diligence, strengthen your pitch before meeting investors, or choose a product, test whether buyers will pay, and bring the product to market before building more than the test needs. The six core outcomes are Strategize with Precision, Out-Think Competitors, Invest with Conviction, Raise Smarter, Launch Faster, and Monetize Decisively.

Who is Sapien Amplified for?

Sapien Amplified is for you if your work depends on sound judgment. You might invest capital, run a business, advise clients, lead a product, analyze opportunities, or develop new revenue. The systems help you question assumptions, compare alternatives, examine evidence, and explain your decision before committing money, time, or reputation.

Do I need any additional apps?

You run the supplied prompts inside your ChatGPT, Claude, or other capable AI account. You attach or paste your information and answer the AI's questions. Your purchase contains documents explaining how to run the systems and interpret the results. The manual workflows require no separate Sapien software platform.

What am I actually buying?

You receive the guides and prompts for the module you choose. The guides explain which instructions to use, what information to supply, when to request another AI analysis, and how to read the findings. When you use the prompts, AI produces the recommendation, investment examination, pitch repairs, or product plan for your situation.

Is Sapien Amplified a prompt library?

Sapien Amplified supplies a defined sequence for examining your decision, deal, or product. The prompts tell AI what to check and what to produce. For example, the Monetization Engine creates a Product Sheet, a written description of the selected product and supporting evidence. You paste that sheet into a second conversation so another AI model can examine the selection.

How do the three modules differ?

Use AI Decision Alpha to examine strategic choices, arguments, recommendations, and AI analyses. Use AI Deal Interrogator to investigate a particular deal or prepare your fundraising case. Use AI Monetization Engine to select what to sell, write the offer and marketing material, and design a test with real buyers.

Do I have to buy all three modules?

You can purchase a module individually or choose the complete bundle. Select the module that addresses your immediate goal. The bundle gives you all three systems if your work regularly involves strategic decisions, investment opportunities, fundraising, and new products.

Do I have to use the modules in a fixed order?

You can begin with the module you need. Each module supplies the instructions required for its own job. Within a module, some steps have a required order: for example, the Engine creates the Product Sheet before another AI model examines the selected product.

What do I control?

You choose the goal, AI model, relevant information, and constraints. You correct misunderstandings, decide what outside proof to obtain, and authorize real-world actions. The AI presents findings and recommendations. You decide whether to proceed, request more evidence, change direction, or stop.

Why Buy Sapien Amplified Instead of Writing Your Own Prompts
Why wouldn't I just tell AI to do this myself?

You can write your own instructions. Getting the questions, sequence, independent AI analyses, evidence requirements, and written results to work together takes repeated testing and refinement. Sapien Amplified gives you that development work already done. You begin with the supplied system and apply the instructions to your own decisions, opportunities, and products.

Why not ask AI to create the system for me?

AI can draft instructions. You would then need to examine those instructions, find the steps AI can skip, check how missing evidence is handled, and make the different prompts work together. Sapien Amplified supplies the developed guides and prompts so you can begin with your actual business question.

How is the system different from asking AI to be skeptical?

“Be skeptical” leaves the AI model to choose what to question. Sapien Amplified specifies the work: identify the important points, ask for supporting evidence, examine alternatives, challenge the recommendation, and record unresolved questions. The appropriate module can also direct a second AI analysis or design a test that asks real customers to buy.

What do you mean by “force AI”?

You give AI explicit instructions about what to examine and in what order. Those instructions can require separate analyses before AI models compare answers, supporting evidence before accepting a point, and a serious case against a recommendation. You can inspect the response against those requirements and ask AI to correct any missed step.

Doesn't a stronger AI model already know how to do this?

A stronger AI model gives you more capability to direct. Sapien Amplified supplies the questions, sequence, checks, and records for the job. You can use the strongest AI model available to you while following a prepared process for examining a decision, interrogating a deal, or testing a product opportunity.

What if I already write sophisticated prompts?

Examine the complete workflow: how the AI model compares alternatives, how a second AI checks the work, what happens when proof is missing, and what the final document contains. Your existing prompts may cover some of those tasks. Sapien Amplified gives you the developed sequence and the guides that go with the sequence, to reuse together.

What development work has already been done?

The development process has used review by a second AI model and repeated revision to examine skipped steps, unsupported assumptions, superficial agreement, conflicting instructions, and missing information between prompts. The guides and repeated prompt text have also been checked for consistency. You receive the resulting instructions and documents so you can apply the system to your work.

Do I have to develop and refine the system before using the prompts?

You begin with the guides and prompts already developed for the task. The instructions explain what to supply, what AI should examine, when another analysis is required, and what result to request. Your first job is to bring your decision, deal materials, or product information and follow the supplied steps.

What does “optimized” mean for these systems?

The questions and instructions have been refined to address specific failures: AI skipping a check, treating an assumption as a fact, accepting its own answer too readily, or producing a document the next prompt cannot use. You receive those refinements in the guides and prompts, with defined questions, evidence requirements, and results.

Does Sapien Amplified change the underlying AI model?

You use the AI model available in your account. Sapien Amplified changes the instructions you give that AI model: what questions to ask, what alternatives to examine, how to challenge a recommendation, and what to record. You keep the AI model capabilities you already have and add a defined process for using those capabilities.

Start and Run the Workflows
What do I do first?

Choose the module that matches your goal and open the starting guide. Copy the relevant prompt into your AI conversation and supply the requested information. The guide tells you when to answer questions, copy a record into another conversation, request the final document, or return with results from outside the conversation.

Do I need technical experience?

You need to be able to copy instructions, attach or paste information, and answer questions. The six examples use ordinary AI conversations. No coding is required to follow those manual workflows.

Do I need a paid AI account with ChatGPT or Claude?

The prompts run inside whatever ChatGPT, Claude, or other capable AI account you have. A paid plan gives you the stronger AI models, the longer conversations, and the file reading and web research that the instruments use, so a paid plan is the practical choice for consequential work. A workflow that uses two different AI models needs access to both. Your Sapien purchase does not include an AI subscription; you pay your AI provider separately.

Do I need two AI models for everything?

Many instruments run on one AI model. Cross-Model Decision Triangulation, the protocol for comparing and challenging two AI models' analyses, uses two AI models. The Monetization Engine uses a fresh conversation to examine the selected product and recommends a second AI model for that examination. The guide identifies the appropriate setup for each task.

How do the AI models receive each other's work?

You copy the specified record or analysis between conversations. For example, you can give both AI models the same original question and evidence, wait for each initial answer, then give each AI model the other analysis. The manual workflow explains what to transfer and when. Your separate AI accounts do not exchange those files automatically.

Which documents should I supply?

Supply the documents needed to examine your goal. For an investment, bring the deal materials, financial model, terms, and supporting records. For a product, bring your expertise, relevant work, customer evidence, and delivery constraints. Identify the current version of each important file and explain the source of important figures.

What if I do not know an answer?

Say what you know and what remains unknown. The AI can record a specific evidence request or limit the recommendation to the available information. You can then obtain the missing record, speak with the relevant person, or decide that the uncertainty is too large for the proposed commitment.

Do I have to run every Decision Alpha instrument?

Choose the instrument that fits your problem. Foundation Audit examines the question before analysis begins. AI Reasoning Audit examines an existing AI recommendation. A major commitment may justify separate AI model analyses and a Decision Record, the written explanation of your choice and reasons. The starting guide helps you select the appropriate tools.

How long does a run take?

The duration depends on the documents and numbers you supply, your answers, and the need for outside proof. Deal Interrogator includes a Ten-Minute Screen for limited initial scrutiny. The Engine also includes a limited ten-minute examination of one product. A full interrogation or an exchange between two AI models covers more work and can require additional conversations and evidence.

Can I pause and continue later?

Keep the current written result and the documents behind that result. The Deal Sheet records a deal examination. The Product Sheet records a product selection. The Decision Record preserves your choice and reasons. When continuing, supply the relevant document and new information so the AI can examine the current situation.

What if my conversation becomes very long?

Keep important outputs and current files outside the conversation. If you want the full exchange examined, supply the complete transcript and ask AI to identify the messages available for inspection. Missing portions should be identified before you rely on a report covering the whole conversation.

Can I change the instructions?

The Sapien instructions are visible, so you can read and adapt the rules. Begin with the supplied workflow to understand the purpose of each step. Changing the sequence or removing evidence checks can change the analysis. Keep a copy of the original instructions when making your own adaptations.

Understand Evidence and Independent AI Analysis
Does agreement between two AI models prove the answer is right?

Two AI models can rely on the same incomplete source or miss the same issue. Independent analysis can expose differences in evidence, calculations, and assumptions. You still need the supporting records or real-world checks required for the decision. Agreement shows where the analyses align; factual verification depends on the evidence.

What happens when two AI models disagree?

The protocol for two AI models asks the AI models to identify and examine the specific disagreement. A difference remains open until agreement, withdrawal, an appropriate human decision, or outside evidence resolves the issue. The exchange has a three-round cap. At the stopping point, unresolved differences and the proof needed to resolve them remain visible.

What makes the initial analyses independent?

For an open decision, give each AI model the original question and evidence before either AI model sees the other answer. Keep prior recommendations out of those initial conversations. After both AI models have answered, exchange the analyses for examination. The guides distinguish that setup from asking a second AI model to critique an existing recommendation.

Is the second AI model automatically objective?

A second AI model brings an analysis that the first AI model did not produce. The separation can expose weaknesses the first AI model missed. Both AI models can still share errors or incomplete sources. You assess the reasons and evidence each AI model supplies before relying on their agreement.

What if the documents and numbers I supply contain incorrect information?

AI can compare figures, expose contradictions, and ask for supporting records. You should identify whether an important number comes from a document, an estimate, or verified records. Incorrect or omitted information can still affect the analysis, so the proof required for the decision remains important.

Can AI research outside sources?

Research-capable accounts can examine accessible outside sources where the workflow calls for research. The Engine can research competing offers and market information. Private company records, inaccessible documents, and actual customer responses may still require your involvement. The analysis should identify the sources used and the evidence still missing.

Can the AI tell me to stop pursuing a deal, a pitch, or a product?

The AI can identify that a deal has not earned further diligence, that your pitch needs repairs, or that a product lacks sufficient support for the next investment. The written finding should name the reason and the evidence or change needed before you reconsider. Stopping can be a useful result.

Will the AI always disagree with me?

The system directs AI to examine the evidence and reasoning behind your position. A well-supported conclusion should survive that examination. Where a serious objection exists, the AI should explain the objection and what could settle the question. The instructions do not require invented criticism of a sound position.

Can I tell AI which outcome I prefer?

Explain your objectives and preferences because those affect the decision. Identify preferences separately from evidence. For example, your desire to acquire a company does not verify customer retention. The AI should use your goals to evaluate the alternatives while examining the facts required to support each choice.

Does Sapien Amplified guarantee a result?

The systems provide structured examination of your reasoning, evidence, and options. A financial or business result also depends on facts, execution, timing, and events outside the conversation. You receive findings you can inspect, missing evidence to obtain, and a record of the reasons behind your next action.

Using AI Decision Alpha
What does AI Decision Alpha do?

AI Decision Alpha helps you examine questions, assumptions, alternatives, arguments, and recommendations before important action. You can also inspect a long AI conversation or a document AI helped you build. After a decision, the system helps compare your original expectations with the results you provide.

Which decisions can I examine?

You can examine whether to acquire a company, grow organically, change prices, enter a market, fund a product, or accept a partnership. Supply your goal, constraints, evidence, and alternatives. Choose the instruments appropriate to the consequence of a wrong decision and the uncertainty in the available information.

What do I receive from a Decision Alpha run?

The selected instrument determines the result: a refined question, distinct options, an examined recommendation, a comparison of AI analyses, or a report on an argument, conversation, or finished document. When you choose an action, the Decision Record preserves your decision, alternatives, reasons, uncertainty, reversal conditions, and review date.

Can I bring an analysis AI already wrote?

AI Reasoning Audit examines an existing AI analysis. Full Conversation Audit examines the reasoning across the conversation that produced the recommendation. Provide the actual analysis or transcript and the supporting files. The AI can then identify the assumptions, calculations, and conclusions that require correction.

Can I examine advice from someone else?

Use Argument Interrogation to examine a memo, proposal, recommendation, or rebuttal. The AI evaluates the evidence and reasoning, develops the strongest serious counterargument, and names the questions or proof you should request. You receive a clearer account of what the supplied argument supports.

Can I check a document AI helped me build?

AI Artifact Audit examines a document, plan, prompt, or product as a first-time user would encounter the finished work. The AI looks for missing instructions, contradictions, confusing wording, and promises the supplied artifact fails to deliver. Physical tests or checks of inaccessible systems require separate execution.

Can I learn from the result after acting?

Decision Optimizer records your expectations before action and compares those expectations with later results. You supply the original decision, prediction, measures, and outcome. The AI examines what the evidence supports about the original reasoning and identifies useful lessons for your next decision.

How do I choose between Decision Alpha and Deal Interrogator?

Use Decision Alpha when you need to compare strategic choices or examine reasoning across different kinds of work. Use Deal Interrogator when your immediate task is investigating a specific deal or preparing a fundraising pitch. For example, first compare acquisition with organic growth, then investigate the chosen acquisition target in detail.

Using AI Deal Interrogator
Can I use Deal Interrogator as an investor or founder?

Choose the investor role to examine whether an opportunity deserves the next diligence step. Choose the founder role to examine whether your pitch is ready for investor scrutiny. The questions use the relevant criteria, and the final finding addresses the action you face in that role.

What deal materials can I supply?

Supply the pitch, financial model, investment thesis, operating results, proposed terms, projections, written proposal, or a clear description of the opportunity. Add your role, criteria, and constraints. Identify which documents support important numbers. The examination can begin with limited documents and should state the resulting limits.

What happens before and during the questions?

The AI first compares important numbers for consistency, including growth, revenue, runway, cash, burn, and market calculations where available. The AI maps the important deal points for your confirmation, then questions one point at a time. Your answers and supporting records determine what needs closer examination.

What is a Deal Sheet?

The Deal Sheet is the written record you request at the end of the interrogation. The sheet opens with what to do next and why, then records which points held, weakened, failed, or still need proof. The sheet includes the strongest case for and against the opportunity and what could change your next action.

What does the investor finding decide?

The finding normally addresses whether the opportunity deserves further diligence, requires conditions first, or should be passed over. You receive the reasons and evidence requests for that action. A final investment commitment requires the records, terms examination, and judgment appropriate to the specific investment.

What do I receive as a founder?

You receive a finding on pitch readiness, the repairs and missing proof that matter, and the strongest version of your pitch supported by the examination. The AI identifies numbers, assumptions, and descriptions you should repair before meeting investors. You supply the evidence and make the actual changes.

Can I use my own investment criteria?

The Built-In Configuration Fields let you supply your role, deal documents, investment criteria, decision framework, target investor, and walk-away conditions. Your framework organizes the examination around the categories you use. As a founder, identify the type of investor you intend to approach so the questions fit that audience.

Can I start with a quick screen?

The Ten-Minute Screen examines the three parts of the opportunity most likely to disqualify the deal. You can use that limited examination before the Full Interrogation, the complete question-by-question process. If you close a full examination early, the resulting preliminary sheet identifies the important points still unexamined.

Does Deal Interrogator replace professional diligence?

Deal Interrogator helps identify the records, calculations, and questions that deserve attention. You still obtain the evidence and arrange specialist work required by the opportunity. Management interviews, accounting checks, contractual analysis, and source verification may require access or expertise outside the AI conversation.

Does a strong pitch-readiness finding mean investors will fund me?

The finding explains the readiness supported by the documents you supplied and your answers. Investor fit, appetite, terms, timing, and independent diligence also affect funding. You use the examination to prepare a more defensible pitch and identify the proof investors may request.

Can I examine deals outside venture investing?

You can use the interrogation method for acquisitions, partnerships, property opportunities, and vendor agreements. Supply your own decision categories and the relevant deal documents so the examination fits the opportunity. If you provide no framework, the system uses the standard venture framework. Specialized matters still require appropriate outside expertise and evidence.

Does Deal Interrogator give the deal a total score?

The Deal Sheet reports the important points separately and gives a finding on the next action. A fatal weakness remains visible even when other parts of the opportunity are strong. Adding the categories into one score could allow those strengths to conceal a reason the deal should stop.

Using AI Monetization Engine
What does AI Monetization Engine do?

The Engine helps you select what to sell, examine the commercial evidence, write the offer and marketing material, and design a real buyer test. You present the offer to prospective customers and return with the responses. AI then compares the results with the test rules and identifies your next action.

Do I need a product idea before starting?

You can begin with your expertise, existing work, audience, customer relationships, or knowledge of a market. AI uses those inputs to develop and compare possible offers. If you already have a specific product, you can begin by examining that selection and the evidence supporting the commercial case.

What if I have no audience?

Describe the other ways you can reach prospective customers: existing relationships, past clients, professional contacts, partners, or another credible channel. The Engine examines whether those routes contain the intended buyers. An attractive market still requires a practical way for you to present an offer to relevant people.

Can I begin with a market I understand?

Name the market, your relevant experience, capabilities, and access to prospective customers. A research-capable AI can examine existing offers, prices, and recurring problems, then compare products or services you could deliver. Competitor activity is a market signal. Your buyer test examines whether people will pay for your offer.

How does AI select a product?

The Engine examines possible products against ownership, reach, delivery, and economic requirements, then compares eligible candidates using seven commercial criteria. Conversation 1 produces the Product Sheet: the selected product, intended customer, supporting evidence, assumptions, delivery requirements, and alternative. A fresh AI conversation then examines the selection before offer development.

What does the second AI model add?

A second AI model examines the product the first AI selected and checks whether another product would be a stronger choice. The second AI model questions buyer demand, your ability to reach customers, and whether you can deliver profitably. The analysis identifies needed improvements and questions only actual buyers or outside evidence can answer.

What is a Product Sheet?

The Product Sheet is the written result of Conversation 1. The sheet identifies your selected product, the customer and paid problem, what you will deliver, demand evidence, price range, reach, delivery economics, ownership, and the alternative. You paste the sheet into Conversation 2 so the next AI model can examine the selection.

Will AI write my offer and marketing material?

In Conversation 2, AI defines the offer and stops for your corrections. AI then chooses a primary marketing channel and writes the material needed for that channel. You review the wording before the test is finalized. The result may include an email, message to an existing connection, partner pitch, or listing.

Does AI send the messages or bring me customers?

You send the approved material, answer prospective customers, and handle purchases. AI helps research, compare, draft, design the test, and examine the results. A recommended channel must be a route you can actually use, including permission and participation where introductions depend on another person.

What counts as a real buyer test?

You present a specific offer at a stated price to appropriate prospective customers and request a defined commercial action. Buyer evidence includes established payments, deposits, paid pilots, renewals, or signed paid agreements. Requests, likes, reviews, customer counts, and competitor pages are market signals. A point without supporting evidence remains untested.

Why write the test rules before showing the offer?

You record what response would justify launching, changing one element, or moving to the alternative before you see the outcome. The plan identifies the buyers, offer, price, channel, deadline, and response measures. Afterward, AI compares the results with those original conditions, including refunds and cancellations.

What happens if nobody buys?

AI first examines whether the test reached the intended buyers with an understandable offer and a usable purchase process. A valid weak result can justify a focused change or a different product. AI should explain what the evidence indicates and what remains unresolved about price, wording, channel, or demand.

What happens if the test succeeds?

The results can justify the next defined period of selling and delivery. After a LAUNCH finding, the Engine produces a 30-day plan using the channel that generated a commercial response. You continue collecting evidence as you deliver and sell. A small test leaves questions about repeat purchases and larger-scale economics unresolved.

Does the Engine help me build my product?

The included AI Digital Product Build Guide helps you develop suitable digital products from the agreed offer and source materials. The guide directs the build and examination of the resulting files. You inspect the files, complete required checks, and deliver the product you promised. The commercial prompts handle selection, offers, and buyer testing.

Can the Engine consider services?

The commercial process can compare both products and services. The AI Digital Product Build Guide applies to suitable digital files. If you select a service, you must perform the consulting, assessment, implementation, or other work described in the offer. Your delivery capacity and economics remain part of the commercial examination.

Can the Engine scale an offer that already sells consistently?

The Engine focuses on selecting, shaping, and testing offers. If your immediate goal is expanding a proven acquisition channel, you need work specific to that channel and its economics. You can use the Engine again when evaluating a new product, customer group, or commercial offer.

Using Your Own AI Account
Why does Sapien Amplified run inside my own account?

You choose the AI model and reasoning settings available to you. You can change providers or AI models as your needs change. Your work does not have to pass through a separate Sapien software wrapper. You can read the Sapien instructions and use the system without adding a recurring Sapien software subscription.

How is my information handled?

You provide your documents, numbers, and answers to the AI account and services you choose. Your AI provider's terms and settings determine how that provider handles your data. Sapien Amplified does not require a separate software wrapper to process your business information. Choose account settings appropriate to the documents you supply.

Is my AI subscription included?

You pay your AI provider separately. Your Sapien purchase supplies the system's guides, prompts, and templates. Additional AI model access or optional tools remain subject to the relevant provider's charges and availability.

Can I reuse the system?

You can apply the workflows to later decisions and opportunities. Supply the new facts, goals, and constraints and keep a separate written result for each case. Earlier records can help when examining later outcomes, but each new opportunity still requires its own analysis.

What if AI misses an instruction?

Identify the missed requirement and ask AI to correct the affected work. The written instructions give you a standard for checking the response. Inspect important calculations, evidence references, and next actions before relying on the output, particularly when the decision is expensive or difficult to reverse.

What written result should I keep?

Keep the result appropriate to your task: your Decision Record, Deal Sheet, or Product Sheet and buyer-test plan. The Offer and Real Buyer Test Plan records your offer, marketing material, test rules, and response fields. Those documents preserve what you decided, the supporting reasons, remaining questions, and the next action.
